Detailed explanation-1: -West Bengal state has topped the list of “SKOCH state of governance report 2021” in the ‘Ease of Doing Business.” The state also topped the table in the education sector. The ‘Star of Governance’ SKOCH award will be conferred on 18th June 2022 in New Delhi.

Detailed explanation-2: -The top 5 districts in the District Good Governance Index” are (1) Jammu, (2) Doda, (3) Samba, (4) Pulwama and (5) Srinagar. This index has been prepared by the Department of Administrative Reforms and Public Grievances (DARPG) in collaboration with the Government of Jammu & Kashmir.

Detailed explanation-3: -Madhya Pradesh has secured first rank in Group ‘B’ with a score of 4.887 in the overall ranking of Good Governance Index, while Gujarat has secured first rank in Group ‘A’.
