Detailed explanation-1: -The Alai Darwaza and Jama’at Khana were the two principal monuments built by second Khalji Sultan of Delhi Ala-ud-din Khalji in 1311 AD at his capital Delhi.

Detailed explanation-2: -Delhi’s oldest mosque that continues to be used for worship is the Jamat Khana Masjid or Khilji Mosque. The mosque was built between 1315-1325 AD by Khizr Khan, son of Sultan Alauddin Khilji (Khilji Dynasty), and is the largest structure in the Nizamuddin Basti Dargah enclosure (Nizam-ud-Din Auliya Shrine Complex).

It is located to the south of the Quwwat-ul-Islam Mosque and is a large, monumental ornamented entrance gate.
