Detailed explanation-1: -SUNDARAM SINGH. Ishwar Chandra Vidyasagar was a Bengali educator and social reformer from Indian state of West Bengal. For his enormous contribution, Hindu Widows’ Remarriage Act, was passed in 1856. He wrote the book ‘Bahubivah’.
