Detailed explanation-1: -That is called a foot fault and if you do that and your opponent calls you on it or if there is an official watching, you will have to hit a second serve. And if you do it on your second serve it will be a double fault. Your foot can only touch the line or a portion of the court after you’ve already made contact.
