Detailed explanation-1: -The earliest known creed in Christianity, “Jesus is Lord", originated in the writings of Paul the Apostle. One of the most widely used Christian creeds is the Nicene Creed, first formulated in AD 325 at the First Council of Nicaea.
Detailed explanation-2: -The Apostles’ Creed is therefore a summary of what the Church teaches, and of what Christians together believe, rather than a detailed statement of individual and personal belief.
Detailed explanation-3: -The Nicene Creed was originally formulated at the first Ecumenical Council of the Catholic Church held in Nicea in 325C. E. and was later amplified, adopted and authorised as a true expression of the Faith at the second Ecumenical Council in Constantinople in 381C.
Detailed explanation-4: -The Nicene Creed establishes Trinitarianism. This is the idea that God, Jesus Christ, and the Holy Ghost are the same. This is a contention amongst some denominations of Christianity. Some believe the Trinity is three separate beings, and some believe they are all the same beings.
