Detailed explanation-1: -The Supreme Court of India ordered the playing of the National Anthem in all cinema halls across the country before the screening of a movie. A bench headed by Chief Justice of India Dipak Misra order had made the playing of the national anthem in cinema halls mandatory on November 30, 2016.

Detailed explanation-2: -The Supreme Court of India passed a judgment on 11 August 1986 in which it held that the three students were not guilty of disrespecting the National Anthem just because they refused to sing it. Moreover, they did stand in respect whenever the National Anthem was being sung.
