Detailed explanation-1: -With an aim of redressing the grievances/complaints and providing relief/benefit sought by the common public in a time bound manner, the Bihar Right to Public Grievance Redressal Act has been implemented in the State with effect from June 5, 2016.

Detailed explanation-2: -Centralised Public Grievance Redress and Monitoring System (CPGRAMS) is an online platform available to the citizens 24x7 to lodge their grievances to the public authorities on any subject related to service delivery.
