Detailed explanation-1: -Project – 75 includes indigenous construction of six submarines of Scorpene design. These submarines are being constructed at Mazagon Dock Shipbuilders Limited (MDL) Mumbai, under collaboration with M/s Naval Group, France.

Detailed explanation-2: -INS Vagir Commissioned into Navy The Indian Naval Ship Vagir is a Kalvari-class submarine. It was manufactured by the MDL of Mumbai. The diesel-electric attack submarine was recently commissioned into the Indian Navy. The Indian Navy placed an order for the submarine in 2005.
