Detailed explanation-1: -Lieutenant General Ajai Kumar Singh has taken over as General Officer Commanding-in-Chief of the Southern Command of the Indian Army. He is an alumnus of the National Defence Academy , Pune, and the Indian Military Academy, Dehradun.
