Detailed explanation-1: -Provided that the Cyber Appellate Tribunal may entertain an appeal after the expiry of the said period of forty-five days if it is satisfied that there was sufficient cause for not filing it within that period.
Detailed explanation-2: -(ii) The appeal shall be filed within a period of sixty days from the date of receipt of the certified copy of the direction, decision or order appealed against. The Tribunal may entertain the appeal after the expiry of the sixty days on showing sufficient cause for not filing the appeal within sixty days.
Detailed explanation-3: -APPEAL FROM THE CYBER APPELLATE TRIBUNAL TO HIGH COURT The Act provides a second forum of appeal in the form of the High Court to any person aggrieved by any decision or order of the Cyber Appellate Tribunal.
