Detailed explanation-1: -Mahavira (Sanskrit: ), also known as Vardhaman, was the 24th tirthankara (supreme preacher) of Jainism. He was the spiritual successor of the 23rd tirthankara Parshvanatha. Mahavira was born in the early part of the 6th century BCE into a royal Kshatriya Jain family in ancient India.

Detailed explanation-2: -Sudharaman was the chief of Jainism after the death of Mahavira. Sudharman and his successor Jambusvami spread Mahavira’s teachings beyond Magadha into various parts of the subcontinent.
