Select the cell where you want tot add a page break and then click the Page break button on the insert tab

Click the cell where you want to add a page break and select View tab=>Freeze Panes

Click the Print Preview button and click the Fit to Print button on the toolbar

Select View=>Page Break Preview and drag the page break indicator line to where you want
