Detailed explanation-1: -To create speaker notes, click NOTES at the bottom of the editing window. That opens the notes pane, where you type your notes for the slide. To adjust the space in the pane, point to the top border and drag the double-headed arrow cursor up or down. Type what you plan to say and the key points you’ll cover.
Detailed explanation-2: -On the View menu, click Presenter View. You’ll see the main slide that you’re presenting, a preview of the next slide, and any notes you’ve added for the current slide below the preview of the next slide.
Detailed explanation-3: -You can add notes to individual slides through a button using the “Notes” button. Presentation notes appear next to your slides on the screen as your slideshow plays, but they can also be printed out with the slides.
