Explanation:

Detailed explanation-1: -Handouts are supporting materials you distribute before, during, or after your presentation. A handout might contain text, charts and graphs, images, or other elements. While not always necessary, if a presenter chooses to use a handout, it must be well planned and composed.

Detailed explanation-2: -It has three slides on the page as well as lines for audience notes. Another type of handout is the Notes Pages. The notes page includes not only the slide, but also your speaker notes. When you plan to use the notes page as a handout, you’ll type the notes you intend for the handout in the notes pane, below the slide.

Detailed explanation-3: -The Speaker Notes feature allows the presenter to enter and view reference notes and reminders while showing a PowerPoint slide show to an audience. These notes are not visible to the audience. To enter speaker notes, simply click in the box below the current slide and type.

Detailed explanation-4: -Select Notes below the slide. Type your notes. Select Notes if you want to hide your speaker notes.
