A
Reached the Pacific Ocean by crossing Panama
B
Explored South America and conquered the Incas.
C
Conquered the Aztecs and claimed Mexico for Spain.
D
Realized the Americas were a “New World.”
Explanation:

Detailed explanation-1: -Perhaps Vespucci’s most important contribution, however, was his realization that the continent he was exploring was not Asia. It was, in fact, a continent previously unknown to most Europeans. Eventually the continents of the western hemisphere became known as North and South America – named after Amerigo Vespucci.

Detailed explanation-2: -He was probably the first to realize that a new continent had been discobvered, not just the coast of Asia. Vespucci published two letters in 1503/1504 in which he described his voyages, and entitled Novus Mundus (thus coining the term “the New World").

Detailed explanation-3: -The short version of the story is that it was Vespucci who first realised, on 17 August 1501, that present-day Brazil was not part of Asia but a New World, and that the German cartographer Martin Waldseemüller named the new continent of America after him in a map published on 25 April 1507.

Detailed explanation-4: -But the breakthrough came on Vespucci’s second trip, when he realized he wasn’t looking at India at all but at an entirely new continent. He verified the fact by following the coast of South America down to within 400 miles of Tierra del Fuego.
