John rents a house from Jack who owns all the houses on the block. The tenant, John, refuses to pay rent, never cleans up, and is rude to Jack. Jack the owner goes to kick John out of the house but John gets a gun, punches Jack in the face, and tells Jack that the house is his now. Later John gives the house to his dad, Bob, who owns all the houses on the next block.
