Detailed explanation-1: -(1) Any airman who deems himself wronged by any superior or other officer may, if not attached to a unit or detachment, complain to the officer under whose command or orders he is serving; and may, if attached to a unit or detachment, complain to the officer commanding the same.
Detailed explanation-2: -19. Termination of service by Central Government.-Subject to the provisions of this Act and the rules and regulations made thereunder, the Central Government may dismiss, or remove from the service any person subject to this Act.
Detailed explanation-3: -(f) dismissal from service; (g) reduction to the ranks or to a lower rank or classification, in the case of warrant officers and non-commissioned officers: Provided that a warrant officer reduced to the ranks shall not be required to serve in the ranks as an airman.
