Detailed explanation-1: -Marriage between Arya Samajists not to be invalid. [14th April, 1937.] An Act to recognise and remove doubts as to the validity of inter-marriages current among Arya Samajists.

Detailed explanation-2: -A groom of age 21 or older and a bride of age 18 or older can be issued a certificate of marriage by the Arya Samaj. The marriage certificate is issued by any Arya Samaj temple after the ceremony has been conducted as per the vedic rituals.

Detailed explanation-3: -Last week on 4th April, 2022, the Supreme Court accepted the view of an Arya Samaj Organization in Madhya Pradesh that marriages that are solemnized under Arya Samaj tradition require no registration under the Special Marriage Act 1954.
