Explanation:
Detailed explanation-1: -If any person maliciously and advisedly endeavors to seduce any member of His Majesty’s forces from his duty or allegiance to His Majesty, he shall be guilty of an offence under this Act.
Detailed explanation-2: –Indecent exposure of person.-Any person who wilfully and indecently exposes his person, or any offensive deformity or disease, or commits nuisance by easing himself, or by bathing or washing in any tank or reservoir not being a place set apart for that purpose: Eighth.
Detailed explanation-3: -(I) This Act may be called the Police (Incitement to Disaffection) Act 1922. on such dates as the State Government may, by notification in the Official Gazette, direct.
