The lines of India’s National Anthem are taken from Rabindranath Tagore’s song, ‘Bharoto Bhagyo Bidhata ‘. The original was written in Bengali and the full song has 5 stanzas.

Detailed explanation-2: -Tagore’s niece, Sarala Devi Chowdhurani, sang the song, along with a few school students, in front of the gathering of the then INC president Bishan Narayan Dhar and other leaders such as Bhupendra Nath Bose and Ambika Charan Mazumder.
