Detailed explanation-1: -The constitution says that once a high court judge has resigned, he can’t provide legal counsel in any court or before any expert in India with the exception of the Supreme Court and the other High Courts.

Detailed explanation-2: -The constitution says that once a high court judge has retired, he cannot practice law in any court or before any authority in India except the Supreme Court and the other High Courts. This means that a retired High Court judge cannot practice in lower courts and the same High Court from which he has retired.

Detailed explanation-3: -No person who has held ofce as a judge of a High Court after the commencement of this Constitution shall plead or act in any court or before any authority within the territory of India."
