A
Judicial separation
B
Restitution of conjugal rights
C
Dissolution on rescission of the contract of marriage by judicial decree at the instance of the wife
D
Dissolution or rescission of the contract of marriage by judicial decree at the instance of the husband
Explanation:

Detailed explanation-1: -Fasakh means the dissolution of marriage due to any valid reason under Hukum Syara’.

Detailed explanation-2: -Fasakh is an irrevocable divorce. An irrevocable divorce means that the marriage is ended without the possibility of the same couple remarrying. This is unless the wife had been lawfully remarried to another man after the divorce, and then divorced from that man after consummation of that marriage to him.

Detailed explanation-3: -In Islam, the husband pronounces the phrase “I divorce you” (in Arabic, talaq) to his wife. A man may divorce his wife three times, taking her back after the first two (reconciling). After the third talaq they can’t get back together until she marries someone else.
