Detailed explanation-3: -Right to information sought has certain exceptions such as public interest, friendly relations with state and also personal information which does not have anything to do with the work. Right to privacy and right to seek information are two sides of a coin.

Detailed explanation-4: -The central government has the authority to amend the second schedule so as to add, delete or substitute organisations under section 24 (2) of the act by issuing a notification in the official gazette. A similar provision is provided to the state legislature under section 24 (4) of the Act.
