Detailed explanation-1: -In law, sub judice, Latin for “under a judge", means that a particular case or matter is under trial or being considered by a judge or court. The term may be used synonymously with “the present case” or “the case at bar” by some lawyers.

Detailed explanation-2: -: before a judge or court : not yet judicially decided.

Detailed explanation-3: -I will not make a statement; the case is sub judice. If still sub judice, it would be very undesirable to discuss it here and prejudice the case. I seek your advice in respect of a sub judice matter. I shall not go into the detail of the case, as it is still sub judice since the case was adjourned.

Detailed explanation-4: -Res subjudice is a legal term which, in simple language, means that if a matter is before a court, the same matter cannot be brought before another court by the same parties. This rule is contained in section 10 of the civil procedure code.

Detailed explanation-5: -Res sub judice applied only in civil cases. The suit must be between the same parties for same issue and title. Previously case must be pending in the any court in India where it is filed first. Court can not dismiss the suit only it can be postpone the suit.
