Detailed explanation-1: -Disclosure of Information is subject to exemptions under Section 8(i)(j) and Section 10(i) of the RTI Act, 2005.
Detailed explanation-2: -For example, any information which is exempted from disclosure under Section 8 of RTI Act, 2005 is liable to be disclosed if the application is made with regard to the occurrence or event which took place or occurred or happened twenty years prior to the date of the request vide Section 8(3) of the RTI Act.
