Detailed explanation-1: -Identifying the history of the injury can be the most important step of injury assessment. A com-plete history includes information regarding the primary complaint, cause or mechanism of the injury, characteristics of the symptoms, and any related medical history that may have a bearing on the specific condition.

Detailed explanation-2: -The objective evaluation involves observation and inspection, acute injury palpation, range of motion (ROM) assessment (active and passive), muscle strength testing, special tests, neurological assessment, subacute or chronic injury palpation, and functional testing.
