Detailed explanation-1: -Yes, a second appeal against the decision of the First Appellate Authority may be filed before this Commission within 90 (ninety) days from the date on which the decision should have been made by the FAA or was actually received.
Detailed explanation-2: -The Second Appeal must be filed within 90 days from the date on which the First Appellate Authority decision was actually received by the Appellant or within ninety days after expiry of 45 days of filing of First Appeal in cases where no reply has been received.
Detailed explanation-3: -The Appellate Authority, after hearing from you and the PIO, has to make a decision on whether the PIO made the correct decision. If the order of the Appellate Authority also does not satisfy you, you can make a second appeal to the Information Commission.
