Concept note-1: -If you think that there’s nothing better than being you, then you’re full of egotism, a word for an inflated sense of self-importance. Most people believe it’s good to have positive feelings about yourself and healthy self-esteem. But some people feel a little too good about themselves, and that’s called egotism.

Concept note-2: -: an exaggerated estimate of one’s own importance : self-conceit. : arrogant or pompous behavior.

Concept note-3: -He was self-important, vain and ignorant. I thought him conceited and arrogant.

Concept note-4: -excessive or inflated confidence in one’s own judgment, ability, etc.

Concept note-5: -If you say that someone is conceited, you are showing your disapproval of the fact that they are far too proud of their abilities or achievements.
