Concept note-1: -Wilhelm II or William II (Friedrich Wilhelm Viktor Albert; 27 January 1859 – 4 June 1941) was a member of the House of Hohenzollern who reigned as the last German Emperor (German: Kaiser) and King of Prussia from 15 June 1888 until his abdication on 9 November 1918.
Concept note-2: -In late 1918, he was forced to abdicate. He spent the rest of his life in exile in the Netherlands, where he died at age 82.
