EXPLANATIONS BELOW
Concept note-1: -Summary of the Fourteen Points International seas shall be free to navigate during peace and war. There shall be free trade between the countries who accept the peace.
Concept note-2: -The 14 points included proposals to ensure world peace in the future: open agreements, arms reductions, freedom of the seas, free trade, and self-determination for oppressed minorities.
Concept note-3: -An independent Polish state should be erected which should include the territories inhabited by indisputably Polish populations, which should be assured a free and secure access to the sea, and whose political and economic independence and territorial integrity should be guaranteed by international covenant.
