What first brought Obama to national attention among Democrats?

Concept note-1: -It was during his campaign for the United States Senate that he first made a speech that received nationwide attention; he gave the keynote address at the 2004 Democratic National Convention. and stated “there is not a liberal America and a conservative America-there is the United States of America".

Concept note-2: –Benjamin Franklin wrote the “Speech in the Convention.”-It was written September 17, 1787.

Concept note-3: -In 2006, Obama released The Audacity of Hope, a book-length account that expanded upon many of the same themes he originally addressed in the convention speech. In his speech addressing the Democratic National Convention in 2004, Obama said: In the end, that’s what this election is about.

Concept note-4: -Favreau was hired as Obama’s speechwriter shortly after Obama’s election to the United States Senate. Obama and Favreau grew close, and Obama referred to him as his “mind reader". He went on the campaign trail with Obama during his successful presidential election campaign.
