Concept note-1: -10% of the population are natural leaders. Another 20% of people possess enough leadership traits to become great leaders with training and guidance. Note that this Gallup study only looked at corporate leadership and management.

Concept note-2: -In most companies, the ratio of management to leadership is more than 80:20, meaning leaders aren’t given the time they need to lead. Instead, they act more like subject matter experts, overseeing day-to-day operations and providing input as part of a leadership process.

Concept note-3: -63% of Millennials believe their leadership skills are not being fully developed. In a Gallup 2018 survey, only 22% of teams believe that their leaders have any clear direction for their company.
