A 21 years old patient without permanent residence complains on diarrhea for 2 months, 13 kg weight loss, weakness, constant subfebrile temperature, recurrent herpes. There is herpes rash on the lips, generalized lymphadenopathy, enlargement of the liver to 2 cm. In blood:erythrocytes-4, 4, Hb-115, ESR-15 mm/hour, leucocytes-10, 0, eosinophiles-2 %, bands-6 %, segm.-n.-61 %, lymphocytes-17 %, monocytes-3 %, atypical mononuclear cells-6 %.
