An autopsy revealed in the distal part of a small bowel multiple oval ulcers with rounded edges, which were parallel to the longitudinal axis of the intestine. A bottom of ulcers was clean, smooth and glitter. Base of the ulcers presented either by muscular layer of ileum or its serosa. Two ulcers had perforation apertures 0, 5cm in diameter each.
