Question [CLICK ON ANY CHOICE TO KNOW THE RIGHT ANSWER]
An 8-year-old child, with no disease in his medical history, presented to the hospital with a dyspnea. An x-ray inspection showed the air and a liquid in a pleural cavity. During operation in the right lung the subpleural cavity, 2, 4 cm in diameter was found. It had an irregular form with the residual caseous masses inside.
