Concept note-2: -What he really meant was that the American colonists, as a people, had the same rights of self-government as other peoples, and hence could declare independence, create new governments and assume their “separate and equal station” among other nations.

Concept note-3: -Correct. The phrase that Lincoln quotes from the Declaration of Independence is “all men are created equal.” The phrase “let Facts be submitted to a candid world” is also a phrase from the Declaration of Independence, but Lincoln did not include this phrase in the Gettysburg Address.
