Concept note-1: -Some common synonyms of conceive are envisage, envision, fancy, imagine, realize, and think. While all these words mean “to form an idea of, ” conceive suggests the forming and bringing forth and usually developing of an idea, plan, or design.

Concept note-2: -She had conceived the idea of a series of novels. He conceived of the first truly portable computer in 1968. Women, he says, should give up alcohol before they plan to conceive. About one in six couples has difficulty conceiving.

Concept note-3: -Definitions of conceive of. verb. form a mental image of something that is not present or that is not the case. “Can you conceive of him as the president?” synonyms: envisage, ideate, imagine.
