Concept note-1: -The Bull Run River starts as a series of springs in the temperate rainforests around the watershed. Just 26 miles east of downtown Portland lies a beautiful, temperate rainforest full of centuries-old trees, glistening streams, and rushing rivers that provide most of the city’s drinking water.
