GENERAL HISTOLOGY

A 20-year-old patient was admitted with complaints of painful swallowing since 3 days ago, sometimes accompanied by a cough, the patient has no appetite and accompanied by a fever with a temperature of 39 C, on physical examination found T3-T3 hyperemic pharynx on the surface of the tonsils, lumpy lumps, detritus (+) lymphadenopathy.
