What is considered inner for muscle depth?
A
Externus
B
Internus
Explanation:

Detailed explanation-1: -The OI is palpated internally with an examining finger angling out toward the hip. You can see the palpation here on my lovely pelvic model. The OI can also be palpated by examining medial to the ischial tuberosity, then angling in toward the obturator foramen.

Detailed explanation-2: -The obturator internus muscle originates inside the bony pelvis, where it is attached to the internal surface of the obturator membrane and surrounding bones. It leaves the pelvis through the lesser sciatic foramen and receives tendinous fibers from the superior and inferior Gemelli.

Detailed explanation-3: -Relations. Obturator externus is located in the pelvis on the anterior aspect of the innominate bones. It covers the obturator foramen and is located deep to pectineus and superior parts of the adductors of the thigh. Its tendon lies deep to the quadratus femoris muscle and separates it from the neck of the femur.

Detailed explanation-4: -The obturator internus is the deep muscle of hip joint which is part of lateral wall of pelvis. It is found in the superior inner side of the obturator membrane.
