Detailed explanation-1: -Validation is the process of demonstrating that the HACCP system as designed can adequately control identified hazards to produce a safe product. There are two distinct elements to validation: The scientific or technical justification or documented basis for the system.
Detailed explanation-2: -HACCP verification must follow a well-conceived, written plan, with all activities clearly defined. This plan must clearly identify the individuals responsible, the procedures to be used, and the frequency of verification.
Detailed explanation-3: -At an absolute minimum this should be annually and cover all areas of the HACCP plan. Any changes should be recorded and a validation study carried out to ensure that the HACCP plan is still capable of producing safe food. Once a review has occurred it must be documented even if nothing has changed.
